Unit potential
PUD-SC doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
§656.343(a): minimum size 500 acres; 50-75% of gross acreage residential, with a mix of densities and housing types; overall gross residential density at least 2.5 units/acre. That is a minimum, not a cap, so it is not recorded in max_density. Lot rules come from the individual ordinance.
