Unit potential
IL doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
Minimum lot: none; coverage: none; height: none (impervious limits under §654.129 still apply). The only residential use is an accessory watchman or caretaker residence (at most one mobile home) on the same premises as an industrial use.
Compiled from the official code text (§656.322). Zoning changes by ordinance and parcels can be rezoned — confirm on the official zoning map and with Jacksonville planning staff before you rely on it. Not legal advice.
