Unit potential
JC-1 doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
Conditional use §34-617(d)(14): townhouse (per RM-1 dimensional standards) and multi-family per RM-1. East of 3rd St, multi-family lot size and density follow §34-615(e)(3)a (RM-2: 5,000 + 1,000/unit, 40 du/ac). Permitted: 'auxiliary dwelling unit' (one unit attached to a building with a permitted use) and existing historic single-family. Coverage 85%; height 35 ft.
