Unit potential
ATM doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
§24-116(b)(10)-(11): a single dwelling unit, or multi-family units, in a building with a permitted retail use (or a §24-116(d) public amenity every 45 ft) on the ground floor. No required setbacks; buildings within 5 ft of the front and side lot lines. Citywide 35-ft height cap (§24-91(a)).
