Unit potential
ASPA doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
Uses, density and dimensions are set in each SPA ordinance and master site development plan (§24-119, §24-122). Citywide 35-ft height cap (§24-91(a)).
Compiled from the official code text (AB LDR §24-117-§24-126). Zoning changes by ordinance and parcels can be rezoned — confirm on the official zoning map and with Atlantic Beach planning staff before you rely on it. Not legal advice.
