Unit potential
APUD doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
§24-126: PUDs approved earlier keep their designation and specific terms. Citywide 35-ft height cap (§24-91(a)).
Compiled from the official code text (AB LDR §24-126). Zoning changes by ordinance and parcels can be rezoned — confirm on the official zoning map and with Atlantic Beach planning staff before you rely on it. Not legal advice.
