Unit potential
ACBD doesn't set a numeric lot-area-per-unit or density rule in the base code, so unit counts are set case by case (for PUDs, by the individual ordinance).
Notes from the code
Permitted: a single-family dwelling unit within the same building as a permitted use. By exception: residential within the same building of a mixed-use project, subject to comp-plan density. Impervious 70%; height 35 ft. Citywide 35-ft height cap (§24-91(a)).
Compiled from the official code text (AB LDR §24-115). Zoning changes by ordinance and parcels can be rezoned — confirm on the official zoning map and with Atlantic Beach planning staff before you rely on it. Not legal advice.
